That is when I started looking for a personal trainer. I had met a few before I met James. James was very warm, encouraging. We has a long chat and I decided then and there I will train with him. Hey, so I’m now a relatively new client to James and I’ve been looking for a personal trainer to push me to limit and help me to be in the best form of my life physically. Too see my body in the best possible way as an athlete. I play international men’s netball along with music so me being fit and in shape is vital for me. I chose James through word of a friend at my local club and haven’t looked back since. We’ve been working on a lot of strength, speed and agility. I first contacted James for personal training during my perimenopause. I was looking at taking a non-medicated journey through menopause. As is common in perimenopause, I was suffering with frozen shoulders, joint pain in general, weight gain and hormonal flushes. I googled local PT’s and came across James in Pinner. I was clear with him that I needed to work at a manageable pace and he was always respectful of this, allowing me little breaks for hot flushes and turning on the fans. The programme was always varied and adapted to how I was feeling on the day.
